An Alternative Implementation of the Pixel-Wise T-test for Battle Damage Detection

I reimplemented a recently published satellite remote sensing workflow—the Pixel-Wise T-Test for detecting building damage in Gaza from Sentinel-1 SAR imagery—outside its native Google Earth Engine environment, using both an open-source Python stack (JupyterLab) and ArcGIS Pro. The project showed that platform-independent reproduction is feasible but non-trivial, since the capabilities GEE abstracts away become explicit engineering choices that measurably shift classification accuracy.
