Chromebook Monitoring Product Go-to-Market

I worked with the CTO of Arcadia School District to develop a GTM strategy for his Chromebook monitoring product that he had already implemented in K-12 classrooms throughout his district. I created and executed a marketing plan over the summer, prospecting and qualifying 158 K-12 district leads in Northern and Southern California. I met virtually with district technology directors to understand their districts' needs related to Chromebooks and other technology in the classroom, ultimately determining that GoGuardian had thoroughly saturated the market.
