Membership Product Marketing Strategy

I collaborated with internal and external stakeholders in the organization to determine the fundamental requirements for CSM's inaugural membership product for families, which the organization was looking to launch to replace an existing revenue stream that had steadily dwindled over the years. I developed a written proposal for the GTM strategy that included user personas, key benefits/features, the customer funnel/user journey, identification of critical partnerships, a multi-scenario financial model demonstrating how the product could reach $10M+ in revenue by the end of five years, and a plan for testing and validating the hypothesis.
